The goodness of whole leaves and the calming effect of Chamomile flowers, perfect for bedtime. Sun dried chamomile flower tea rich with Anti oxidants and flavonoides. Hand plucked and sun dried on bamboo sheets for better taste and color
Green tea at home
Bring water to a boil and turn off the flame.
Add about 1 teaspoon per cup and let it steep for 3 minutes.
Strain and drink it as it is, or with a little honey.
