Where does CoffeeGo coffee come from?
From Chikmagalur in Karnataka, where coffee first grew in India. We sell our own CoffeeGo blends and coffee from Chikmagalur brands like Panduranga, 1952 Coffee, Jayanthi and Vidya.

How fresh is the coffee when it reaches me?
Every pack is roasted in the same week it ships, and it is best before 12 months from the roast date.
Which coffees are 100% coffee?
Our Black Coffee and Pure Arabica filter coffee are 100% coffee. Many South Indian filter blends add chicory, a roasted root, for body and colour; each blend shows its coffee to chicory ratio, like 80:20 or 70:30.
What does 80:20 or 70:30 on a pack mean?
It is the coffee to chicory ratio. 80:20 means 80% coffee and 20% chicory. Prefer it pure? Pick a 100% coffee.
Powder or roasted beans: which should I buy?
Buy powder if you brew in a filter today. Pick roasted beans if you grind at home just before brewing. Many of our coffees come in both.
How do I make South Indian filter coffee?
Put 2 to 3 spoons of filter coffee in the top of your filter, press lightly, fill with just-boiled water and let it drip for 5 to 10 minutes. Mix the decoction with hot milk and sugar to taste.
Orders and delivery
Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver to every corner of India.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2 to 4 days to metro cities and 4 to 6 days to smaller towns and districts far from a big city.
Is there a delivery charge?
Free up to 5 kg, ₹174 above 5 kg. Jayanthi Coffee: ₹99, or ₹79 on orders of ₹1,000 and up. You see it at checkout before you pay. See shipping and returns.
How do I track my order?
Sign in on our Track your order page with the email you ordered with. We send you a one-time code, no password needed, and you see your orders and their status.
My order is late. What should I do?

Returns and cancellations
Can I return a pack?
Yes, if it arrives damaged or defective. Tell us within 3 days of delivery, and choose a full refund or a new pack.
My pack arrived damaged. What do I do?
Write to coffeegockm@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number. When you send the pack back, put the email or phone number you ordered with and your order date inside the box. See each step.
When do I get my refund for a return?
We start your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned pack. If you chose a new pack instead, we ship it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge within 5 hours of ordering. Email coffeegockm@gmail.com within those 5 hours; even if we take a while to reply, your request counts from the time you sent it.
When do I get my money back after cancelling?
We start the refund within 3 working days, through our payment partner. Their service charge may not be refunded, so expect around 98% of what you paid.
Bulk and business
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes, for cafés, offices and hotels. Write to coffeegockm@gmail.com with the blend and quantity, and we'll send you a price.
How much does a bulk order cost?
Bulk prices are on request: they depend on the blend and how much you need. Ask for a bulk price and we will reply by email.
What if a blend runs out on a big order?
For orders of more than 10 packs, our terms allow us to send a close substitute or variant if the one you ordered is out of stock.
