We deliver to every corner of India. Your coffee is roasted in the same week it ships.
Delivery charge: Free up to 5 kg, ₹174 above 5 kg. Jayanthi Coffee: ₹99, or ₹79 on orders of ₹1,000 and up. You see it at checkout before you pay.
If a pack arrives damaged or defective, you can return it within 3 days of delivery.
You choose: a full refund or a new pack. Once the return reaches us, we start your refund within 7 days, or ship the new pack.
Returns are for damaged or defective packs.
Cancel free of charge within 5 hours of placing your order. Email coffeegockm@gmail.com with your order number within those 5 hours.
Even if we take a while to reply, your request counts from the time you sent it.
The payment partner's service charge may not be refunded, so expect around 98% of what you paid on a cancelled order.
